This event may be quietly the best show at DCC. I spent a lot of time upstairs watching and its truly amazing how good these players are at this long lost game of yesteryear. Practice is what we all do every time we pick up a cue. We practice more than actually play matches. So, this 14.1 challenge is a lot like what we do every day. I struggle to run 40-50 balls in 14.1 but these guys take it to another level. What's nice is that they are all playing on the same table, same cleanliness of balls and cloth so this challenge is so empirical that the best player that year usually wins. Good stuff and keep this challenge alive and well at DCC.
