I just might be able to get to this. The private club thing at Shooters. Do you have to sign up ahead of time etc...? Never been there. But actually have a reason to be in Des Moines earlier that week.

You can call ahead and tell Evelyn that you are coming. You will sign into the club as a guest for the tournament days.
