Two or three years ago, I asked the local public library if they could get a copy for me to borrow. After about two weeks, they found one, I believe somewhere in Michigan, and got it for me. That's a source most people overlook. Just go and ask.

Don't overlook the second book, Shots Moves Strategies, it is cheaper and more available, and excellent. (my copy is bedside reading)
