You'd be living in lovely Golden, Colorado, beer capital of the North America. Across the street, you'll have a terrific public rec center (with three 9-footers), full gym, full workout room with all the latest machinery, and a couple basketball courts. Down the street is a lovely park through which a trout stream flows.

Or you can walk downtown and drink beer for three bucks a pitcher, Killian's. No kidding.
