...at Pool Sharks in Vegas over the weekend. The Viffer, Archie the Greek, Tall Bobby, Bucktooth, Gabe Owens, Earl Strickland, Allen Hopkins, Frost, Billy, etc.

Funniest quote from the Viffer as he watches the finish of a 5-rail flyer creeping too slowly toward his hole: "If you can't pay your rent, son, you must move!"

Viffer played Gabe Owen, Shane, Scott Frost, Ron Wiseman, Bustamante and I think maybe even Earl. There was a lot of action that weekend, I played Bobby some one hole (Archie was betting on me on the side) then Bobby ended up playing Archie some after we were done. I asked Viffer if he wanted to play some and he said "I'll flip you a coin for 100k" then walked away. He only wants to play the champions because he can get huge weight, bet big and get the attention that he likes. He told Frost he'd take 19-5 playing one pocket, race to 3 for 100k but Scott only has 5 minutes to post the money. I heard he offered to bet anyone in Pool Sharks that he has more money in his pocket then everyone in the pool hall combined, and he would give 2 to 1 on the money!

I heard that Scott was still in Vegas and was up quite a bit. Anyone have updates on the (one pocket) action there? I really hope Scott is able to come out ahead and build up a nice cushion. Nothing like a pool player having some real money in his account.
