As well you should, with all your 'unethicalabilityness' (sp?)...The reason we never talked is, I didn't know you from a lumpy bag of potatoes (no pun intended)...Also, I doubt you could have gotten through my fan club, to introduce yourself...It was a mob scene..I am used to better security at these high profile events...Grady promised it would not happen again..

Yes,.that was because he borrowed a $100 off me, saying he got some guy to lay him 4 to 1, on Cliff, when the score was
3/2 me breaking. Of course, I never got the C-note back, and he told me the guy stiffed him...(better than some past dealings)..Is he a jewel, or what ??.

I think Grady won big at casino and Vic got him out of town with the cash.

Grady had two tournaments in B.R. that year...The one I played in, Buddy Hall beat Marquez in the final. I think it was his 2nd one... I believe it was called (EDIT),' World 1P Championships', and the other was 'Legends of 1P'

I would not have known you, or the Beard at that time, unless we were introduced...which would have been a good thing..
There was a ton of old timers at that one, and a lot of good, young players I'd never heard of.

PS..Say hi to Sunny and Holly for me.. Sure had a great time at the Riv. in May. Don't know how you guys co-ordinate umteen thousand League players, and 64 Pro's...Most pool tables I've ever seen, in one place, in my life...Amazing job.

I went with Tang to one of them. I think I went two and out (lost to Dick Weaver and Mike Lebron). Tang got in the money somewhere and I got lucky playing poker in the casino for a G whiz. I did commentary with Beenie in a match I think Buddy was playing Luat or something like that. Sorry my memory is foggy on this one.
