You may want to try Skinny Bob's in Round Rock, it's set up like a sports bar, smoking allowed, several TV's, nice pool tables, great owners, check out their web site for more information.
I was just at Skinny Bob's this past weekend - they have tournament-blue cloth on the tables, which are all 9-foot gold crowns. Very nice place (the Open is hosted there)
