I had plexiglass cut to cover my table for a dinner table for family events when I was living in the loft, however, now that I moved into a home I have room for a dinner table, but the plexiglass more than served the purpose.

Yes, I went to Home Depot and purchased two 2/4's to lay on the bed of the table and placed the plexiglass over them, they were an excellent support system for the table.

Sometimes we gotta do what we gotta do.
