I have a guy that I play all the time, he was the better player, started at 10-7, on my break it’s 8-7, on his break 9-7. We go back and forth. To answer your question, I would start with three games, like you suggested, then adjust.

I agree about tangible. I had to play a guy the night, he was all over the place, I just asked him to please sit down. For some people, it is foreign, this etiquette thing.
