They were playing even. Both games were won big, shannon taking the first 8-0 or 8-1 and brumbeck the second by 8-0 or 8-1. They were playing on table four, i believe (closest to the desk), a medium tight table.

I had a match on table 6 where the Shannon-Jet match took place. That table plays a lot different than any other table in there. It's tight and doesn't like soft. I was slow rolling banks in all night on the other tables but couldn't get anything soft to go on number 6. I was down 2-0 before I made a ball. By the third game i figured out i needed to fire them. Won the next two to get to 2-2 and then lost in a close 5th game. i don't like that table.

John won... not sure how much they played, but apparently he won

John came out 3 racks ahead
