whats TONK???

Its a card game with 5 cards. Like 7 card nock rummy. Excepte the best toonk player were black players. The liket playing toonk.

Itsa fast action game. And when you think you have the lowest points in youre hand you knock.

If the other player has less you have too pay him double whatever you are playing for.

And if you get toonk thats two spreads you get paid double too. But you always want too knock if you think you have the lowest hand.

Unless you are trying to baite or trap your opponent with a extra low hand . And then he has too pay you Double.

Harold Denson was the best in the world at it. From Portand Oragon. And I have never seen him loose playing toonk.

And the people that realy new Harold could tell you a bunch off stories. I think Mr Three Coushion might have a few.

But Harold was a champion at hustling and he would get the money. I dont think thier are any hustlers around today that could fill Harolds shoes.

And his coversation was like a picaso painting. He always new what too say.

I realy miss Harold and his conversation. And Harold loved hustling and pool.
