I would try to fortify my position by playing the 14 ball off the 6 ball and putting the cueball near the 7 ball. Or if Im shooting, quite naturally jack up and play the 11 ball and drop down for the 2 ball.

I would shot a 4 railer with playing the cueball safe on the bottom rail.
