Johnston City - input required

Guys,

I've had some time to spare recently (as most of us, no doubt) and pulled together a list of the 1st-4th place finishers for all Johnston City events, inspired by the recent induction of the Jansco brothers into the BCA Hall of Fame. And yet, as hard as I tried, there are still gaps to fill in (marked with question marks below). I just thought, maybe, Keith Thompson, Billy Incardona, Steve Booth or Bob Jewett, or anyone else for that matter could chip in and help me complete the list for posterity. This is as far as I have got so far. Any help gratefully received!

You're welcome. I don't have any issues from 1967 but AZBilliards Goldmine has 11 of them. The one they are missing is December which would be the issue with the Johnston City recap.

They most certainly did Keone. Both events were run in parallel, with the Stardust happening earlier in a year (around April-June) and the Johnston City a bit later (October-November). I have most of the relevant NBN issues and will post the results at some point later this month.

As a starter for 10, I attach a screenshot from Jay Helfert's Pool Wars which shows the winners only (in the bottom half of the table).

Thank you Terry. The Stardust was such a great experience for me. I just remember a young Larry Liscotti, Danny Diliberto, and Incardone as my heroes. So many great memories.

it doesnt surprise me
elite players in one game have the natural talent
and discipline to excel at other games
in poker
there isnt any hand eye coordination
but reading your opponent
is a common thread to matching up in pool
