This looks great!
I will definitely tune in! Looking forward to seeing Bob Ogburn again, haven't seen him in 52 years. Will also enjoy watching Rob Melrose apply the knowledge he displays here on onepocket.org

This is very cool, can't wait. Perhaps some of these players, ( age permitting ) would like to travel west in October for the 2nd Annual Super Seniors Classic to be held once again at Bogies Billiards in Houston.

Thanks so much XtremePoolChallenge.com for making this event available for all to watch.

Bob was going to go to the last one you had but I think health issues might have gotten in the way... When I see him I will tell him you said hello and tell him about the upcoming tournament in Houston

I'd like to play in one of these. I wonder if AA and C- works. :heh

(Uh, no, but thank you.... I thought you'd ask... I'm not the AA.)

From the Hacker:

A couple of rules we are using.... we are playing if you make.a.ball on break you rerack...

Also, if the breaker makes a ball and scratches you owe a ball and the other team shoots.

Rob and Bob won their first match 3-0. Looking pretty good...:)

Odd to see them playing on a 10-footer. I wonder if any of them normally get much play on the big track.?

Very nice stream.

So who won? I saw it was 2-2 in the finals but had to leave.

Thanks,
Dave

Black Bart and his partner.
They must have played real well to beat Rob and Bob.

I was surprised at how Ogburn has aged. I last saw him when he won the Mizerak senior event in Biloxi in 2000. Come to think of it, I look a lot older myself...:(

Watching Hacker play pisses me off. He hits every ball exactly like he wants to and makes it look like he doesn't even have to try. It ain't fair. :frus :)

Of course you hit 'em the same way (when you don't jump up) but you at least look like you have to put some effort into it. :D

Hey all thanks to everyone who checked it out!

We used this event as a test run for a larger two day 8-team $1000 entry tournament in the near future. It would be great to hear your thoughts on the format, and what you thought from watching.
