Your pocket is where the 6ball is --- your opponent has 4 balls --- it's your shot, you just made a combination, and you need to run 7 more balls to win --- what is the best pattern to run those 7 balls from here? --- wwyd? ----->

6 two rails forward then 8 then 9(i clear the 9 so I can play the 12 if I need to) then [10 or 11] depends how i get on one of those... then shoot the other or the 12 then come up for [3 or 14] whichever is easier to get on.

This is where I need help.
6-9-8-14-3-11-10/12
I wrote my answer down before reading and this is exactly what I wrote. Doesn't mean I wouldn't have to abandon that plan for some other plan half way through. My only debate was going for the 8 second, but for me this seems better.

6 - up for the
14 - come over for the
8 - drift out for the
9 - come up for the
11 - stay on for the
10 - follow for the
12 - OUT

From the 9 to the 11 is the key shape in this sequence - possibly be looking at the 3 first before the 11?/10?12?

Maybe 6 (ER-SR)-3-8 (SR) -1 (ER-ER) -11-10-12. If I come up short on the three I still have the eight. if I come up too far right of the three then I have the 14. Seems like trying to get at the three is almost a “freebie” in that I can mess up and still have a plan B

There are several ways to get the first four. It's the last three that are trickier, and require good CB positioning. Hardmix's pattern is as good as any, although he wants to make an 8th ball just to show off...:D

For the record I tried my out but I only got 5 balls. I went 6-3, then got straight on the eight so I drew back for the 11, then 9, then missed the 14

After trying to do my original plan over a dozen times unsuccessfully, I tried something else. The plan was 6-9-8-3-14-?, but it ended up being: 6 ER, 9 ER, 8 SR split between 11 and 10, 11 with draw, 10 with draw, 3, 14

I sat my 7 ball run up today and it went like I had planned. The only unnatural shot was the 9 to the 8, after that it was pretty natural. I ran all 7 first try and put the balls up, I'm pretty lazy! Lol

You play so good you don't need any more practice , just a victim!
