I specifically addressed this question to you because you would probably know the truth.

I've heard from a few people that Bugs never owned a cue...I find this awfully strange and hard to believe for someone his speed not to own a cue.

So tell me ..is this fact or fiction?

The truth is, Bugs never bought a cue. Guys would give him a cue but he would sell it immediately. He never had a cue for over a week. Many was the times that he would shoot a big match with a house cue.

Several reliable sources have said that Bugs never had a driver's license or owned a motor vehicle. Seems his many friends took turns driving him outside of Chicago when the need arose.
