Just found out I now have a a flight to Nashville for September 23-25. Please remove me from the list and my voting. Not sure what to do about my entry fee

Pilot, We can refund your money via PayPal if you want. However, why don't you consider waiting til August 15th (the entry deadline) to keep your options open in case the flight plan changes. Let me know how you want to do it.

Jim the pilot's post made me check the dates on both tournaments that I am interested in.
Good golly. 4 Bears Casino event is the week before One Pocket .org tournament. Their tournament is September 15-18th.
Guess I will have to decide what I am going to do now. If I go to North Dakota, by the time I get back to New Orleans, I will be too tired to play one pocket very well. September 22-25th.
I don't know how I got those two dates joined.

I just talked with Jim. Its possible his plans could still change. Regardless, he intends to be at Lacy's and match up / play Thursday night at least.

Joey, a young guy like you shouldn't be concerned about getting tired. After all, you're just going to go up to ND and sit on your duff and commentate for 3-4 days.
You'll have 4 days to recover when you get back to Metairie. And think about all that money Rowsey will take back to Memphis if you're not there to try to relieve him of some of it.:lol

Better scratch me as a possible entrant - it's a bit too ambitious at my age. I will try to attend as a spectator, and I would love to do some commentary. I speak a little English, have played one pocket for twenty years, and have some experience in this area.

Also, when I assembled the list of qualified members, I am sure I overlooked some members that should be included, but because I essentially verify manually it is very easy for me to overlook people. So please DON'T HESITATE TO CONTACT ME if you believe you should be a Verified member, and that is the only reason you are not on the eligible list.

Unfortunately guys, John Henderson had to withdraw his entry due to scheduling conflicts. Good news is he will still put in an appearance at the SSII in October to defend his title.
