going back to my question i guess he was seeing the path of scotts possible reply
since in the prior situation when scott was behind the 6 he chose to come off the side rail and have the q go to the diagonal corner

cliff then made the ball by his pocket banked the solid scott thinned off of
had this shot and decided where he neede to be to have shape and the angle he wanted on the stripvery smalll window i would say

because after he got down to shoot the stripe he got up to knock the chalk off the table with his cue i guess because it bothered him

one last comment
on a shot he had to use the rake and the rake hit a ball as he was positioning it
scott said put it back (the ball hit by the rake) and cliff kept shooting
ie cue ball fouls only
