This bank shot is to go to pocket A. The cue ball and object ball are 2 ball widths off the rail.

Would you shoot this differently in One Pocket (soft) than you would in Bank Pool? How would you shoot it straight back?

If both balls are lined up straight, I would use center ball and firm speed.

On this type of bank, if there is even a slight cut angle, I use a half tip of left english.

I am sure that is not the right way to do things. But I would give someone 2:1 that I make the shot.

Yes..In onepocket, you would slow roll this shot most of the time.Although this Is a very easy bankshot and a good play can fire this In and play shape If they want or need to.

There's a few ways to make this bank. But If all I want to do Is just be sure and make the bank,I would over cut It just a tiny bit and hit It with the center ball I'm always talking about.Knuckle ball the cball and hit It with good firm speed. My way tends to make the pocket play easier.Due to the fact that I've created a better angle.(better angle bigger pocket) hint hint.Hope that helps.John B.
