Although I don't post often in the wwyd's,I do read them quite a bit:D

I do agree with most posters that they are or can be very informative.

I just don't get into the bickering back and forth about what's the right shot.

What might be the wrong shot for some...might be the right shot for others.

( the straight pool players are the ones I fear most when playing at the dcc,for example)

Now to the wwyd shot I saw

I can see a real good banker..bankin that 12 straight back and stunnin the cball across the table. I know I would be sweatin it a little if I was playing them this game and they had that shot.

Just thought I would throw this out there. To shoot or not to shoot...that is the question:lol John B.

Post'em up like I do Skipper, one and done. After all they are what would you do. There's only one "Talking Head" that likes to scold
everyone, I don't think he'd do it to you. Even if that happened just Ignore the person.

I for one would like to have your opinion.
P.S. I like that bank, with my stroke a wee little more angle to get across the table.

Just tried the shot on my Diamond.

With about 5min. warming up,I shot it 3 times and made it twice. All 3 tries ,my cball was within 6in.of the far side.

Moral of my story....the shot is there.......for some:D John B.

I thought the shot was too straight-on to be able to stun the CB to the other side of the table. But I tried it several times last night, and I was able to get the CB clear over to the other long rail. AND I made the bank 3 out of 4 tries. It's a natural. I'm going on the road!

I disagree, the Road is a lot harder than it looks.
Been there, done that, bought the Tee shirt.
Loved it, wouldn't have done it again. What a trip, still have the memories. :)
P.S. It was the good times then, those days are gone.
