collector cue?

I would like to get in touch with Bill Stroud about a cue
that I've had for over 35years. I am sure it is a
Production/Discounted cue sold to a pool hall owner in
Green Bay WI. named Rick Ruxton. Rick had the cue
raffled off at a pool tournament ... place called THE BAR,
where I won it. A plain birdseye maple, irish linen rap
with no points. As long as I have had this cue, since about 79,
it has had a patched "flaw" in the ebony/wood checker pattern
at the joint. I know I should have researched it long ago, but I've
always wanted to keep it until now. Sick of people telling me
I'm a liar.
