This clip shows a nice run of 5 or 6 by me in this tough match with, 'The Maestro,' Raymond Ceulemans.

My position play for these 5 shots was pretty on spot! Take note of the speed/tempo and timing of the different shots played.

Very nice! From what little I have been learning about 3c, it seems you controlled the balls very well, as the commentators are acknowledging how well you were playing each shot.
Getting an ob in a corner area, making it a big ball as you did, was excellent. You had the man going in the early stages. Great stuff, I enjoyed it! Whitey

whitey you will appreciate this
the first time i met bill
i was playing in a 9 ball tourney
bill was there selling some posters and other memorabilia and practicing on their billiard table
i have been always fascinated with 3 cushion
and wanted to try out the systems i knew
i managed to run a 4 as my best
i asked bill
how am i doing
he said
"you play like a pool player"
it took years for me to understand i wasnt playing position and only playing to make a billiard 1 by 1
interesting
i asked bill some questions as we played
which he answered very generally
during our session he got a phone call from freddy the beard bentivenga
he mentioned who he was talking to and i said
tell freddy i say hello
freddy and i got to be friends via the onepocket.org site
once freddy told bill i was "ok" his answers to my questions improved.... :)
we have been friends ever since
👍

An exact true story!

Thanks, Larry! You've been a very good friend since our awkward encounter!
