Yeah, that was a great game. In the "Player match reviews" chapter of his Power One Pocket Vol. 2 DVD, Scott commentates the entire thing. 3 foul makes sense to me. I've never had anyone say they wanted to play without it. I haven't played all that many people 1pkt though.

6 tables = 12 players playing all at once. You might want to set a time limit on matches, because each round will last as long as the slowest match. If you have more than 12 players, you will want to do staggered times for matches, because you'll have people sitting. Figure out an average match...

Having known many players who can really make the ball dance with a very wide variety of tips leads me to believe that it doesn't much matter. I've played with a wide range of tips myself, and they make very little difference in my stroking ability.

Fargo has pretty much same faults as any other system will, but also enjoys some very important advantages. Starting everyone at the same number is STUPID, I've seen it happen around here and it doesn't make much sense. That's hardly Fargo's fault though. Seems like operators could be doing this...
