John is absolutely correct with what he says here.
You'all can talk about shooting those 10%-likelihood-of-success-pinball-shots if it's just for fun...but if you want to talk about reality, and what really needs to be done here playing a guy like Bugs while having a 4-0 lead in a serious match, then you shoot a careful safety like the shot that the two Johnny's have suggested...
...matter of fact, I was going to post that shot myself yesterday, but didn't, because even that shot is a little too risky for me - meaning, if you don't get the cueball perfect on the short rail, you might leave Bugs a cross-corner on the 11 ball, or a straight back offensive shot on the 10 ball...that said, I can't see a safe enough legal shot here, so my choice is - I'm going to find a for-sure safe place for the cueball, and I'm going to take an intentional scratch to get there.
