I would bank the 3 halfway to the 1 and leave him up against the short rail. Leading by 6-2. I ain't giving him nuttin'.

I'm assuming the 3 won't cut in. This is tough. I think I would hit the top ball of the sewn pair and bank it towards my hole stopping the cue ball on the other ball.

I believe he'll spin the 3 ball in and try to hit the stripe across the table.
That's what a gofer like me would do. :D

I'm doing the simplest thing to do that also accomplishes my goal, leave Frost no shot, no threat and still have balls that go on my side.

What's with the 3 v's? Got a sticky keyboard:p ?

deleting your snide remark:)
i guess there was no way to put frost in a trap so that was the best offence/defence shot available

this is an imortant concept to learn
pay attention

Larry, Scott was already in a trap - he was down 6-2 in a game with Efren Reyes. We just declined to let him out. Scott Frost is firepower, on the hoof. Keep him shooting uphill if you can.

vapros thanks for the explanation
its good advice
i kept looking for some way to move or get behind the 10? without moving and still protecting the 3 or leaving a bank
i couldnt find a way to do that
when efren moved the 3 it surprised me

now i understand the wisdom of his move:)
