Thanks for posting. This reminds me of watching Johnny Ervolino and Cliff Joyner playing One Pocket for something like 100 a game on what was probably the practice table at one of Strawberry's tournaments -- maybe about 1992. The games I watched, Ervolino was schooling Cliff, but you know Cliff was learning with every game.

... Oh man what a tournament !!!

I was there for both of Strawberry's tournaments ... talk about "action" do you remember crazy Jerry from (i think Buffalo)? Sigel was playing amazing then. Grady asked everybody to play him. Bugs took the microphone and offered 30 champions 9 to 8. I had lunch upstairs in the hospitality suite Straw had set up when I walked in I got sat down at the same table with Buddy Hall, Cornbread Red and Johnny Archer (what a time I had).
